His focus is on bringing a contemporary dimension to classic principles of design; a bridging of past and present - combining the best of the past with today's innovations. Thomas Pheasant's projects range from high-end residences to corporate interiors and special commercial assignments such as prototype retail environments, exhibition spaces and boutique hotels. In addition, he has created costume and set designs for contemporary dance theater. Thomas Pheasant's aim is always to accomplish esthetically pleasing interiors characterized by outstanding, unparalleled quality and comfort. Each assignment is addressed individually and extraordinary attention is given to architectural elements, which serve to define the unique character of the interiors. He is known for his mastery of the neutral palette and his skillful mix of antiques with new furniture, as well as signature pieces of his own design.



		Close window In 1996, the Thomas Pheasant Studio Collection of custom furniture was introduced to the trade. The following year, Asprey's of London commissioned Thomas Pheasant to design a limited edition of extraordinary tobacco humidors. In the years 2002-2008, Baker and McGuire Furniture presented broad collections of home furnishings designed by Thomas Pheasant that reflect his signature elements of simplicity, classicism and refinement.
